PAPERWORK

Please complete this simple admittance Form so we have an understanding of your past and current health situation.

ONLINE CONSULTATION

You will meet your Osteomyologist online and discuss your health concerns. This consultations will allow us to ensure you are in the right place to get the results you need!

EXAMINATION

If after the online consultation we determine we can help, we will invite you to our office for your next visit. We will conduct a thorough examination to locate the cause of your problem and determine if you are a candidate for care. This includes a computerized assessment of how well your nervous system is communicating with your body. The assessment will include surface electromyography, which evaluates muscle function and balance and an orthopaedic assessment.

REPORT OF FINDINGS

During your first visit, the Osteomyologist will explain the results of your examination. If we think that we can help you, you will receive your first spinal adjustment. On your second visit, we will review how your body has responded, adjust again (if applicable) and recommend a schedule of care created just for you. During this time we will also explain our office and financial policies.
