Front Desk Sign-In
Patients sign in using their own RFID keyfob or card. The patient name is displayed on the sign in screen followed by any pit stop messages or
chiropractic health messages if activated. Patients report a better office experience with Atlas Chiropractic System.
Room Assignment
Patients can be manually assigned to any room or automatically called when a room becomes available. Atlas knows if a particular patient needs a
special therapy and will call them to that special room.
Treatment Room Sign-In
Patients scan their keyfob or card over the reader and if activated a chiropractic health message will appear. You can also have patients watch a
power point presentation or portions of a presentation over a series of visits. You can designate specific presentations to individual patients.
Now your patient has been educated and is ready for their adjustment.

Treatment
All the possible information you could ever want is in front of you. The virtual travel card makes it easy to keep your patients on track with their
visits. Patients enjoy seeing where they're being adjusted with the virtual spine and take special note of the x-rays and tests on the screen.
Your virtual travel card can be customized for your own practice experience.
End Of Treatment
Send a message to your staff regarding the next appointment or visit frequency for the following week. If everything stays the same simply press
adjustment on the touch pad. If you want to recommend nutritional supplements select the supplement on your touch pad and your CHA will receive the
message. If your patient needs specific health information or exercise stretches, select the desired handout on your touchpad and it will be
printed at the front desk. Atlas will also keep track of all your patients that are on plans and send an automatic frequency visit message to your staff.
